Return Criteria & Requirements
To maintain our standards of quality, items must be returned in unused and resellable condition, complete with original packaging and all included accessories. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, is required. Please note that items damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate Your Return
Should you need to start a return, please contact our dedicated support team at support@riosky.us within 30 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Shipping & Reimbursement
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or the incorrect product was delivered. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please be advised that gift cards, items marked as Final Sale, and products damaged due to non-manufacturing issues are non-returnable.
